Beatles, Eagles, America, Creedence Clearwater Revival, CSN and Neil Young, and also has a soft spot for the “one hit wonders” of yesterday.  Tony is currently working on a long overdue CD with the Faded Genes Band which will release around Thanksgiving of this year.

Tony Boccitto is not just your average, everyday, singer/guitarist. As one of the driving forces over the last 12 years in the ever popular Faded Genes Band, Tony’s musicianship has encompassed 3 decades of music genres. From early “garage band” days honing his guitar and vocal skills in Chatham NJ, he has swept thru the NJ power club circuit of the 70’s and 80’s. Blessed with a powerful voice well suited for rock and roll,  he has performed in hard rock bands, a heavy metal group, a country/ bluegrass band, and a new wave-top 40 group. He has performed at such great clubs like the Forest Lodge, Danny’s Hideaway, Julio’s South, Dizzy Duncans, Orphan Annies, Freddy’s and of and of course the incomparable Final Exam. Tony is also one of three founding members of the Christian rock group Unchained which still performs at various Churches and coffeehouses in NJ. As a solo artist he still hammers out classic
